AlignIQ Solutions Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AlignIQ Solutions ("AlignIQ," "we," "us") collects through aligniq.solutions, how we use it, and the choices you have. AlignIQ is based in Texas, in the United States.

1. Information you give us

The Alignment Check

You can take the Alignment Check without giving us any personal information. Your score is calculated in your browser, and your results appear on screen right away. We don't store your answers, and we don't save them in cookies or your browser's storage.

If you enter your email address in the "Email me my results" box, we use it, along with your name if you give it, to send you a summary of your results. That email contains your results only. It isn't promotional.

Follow-up emails: If you check the optional box, we'll also send you occasional ideas and updates from AlignIQ. The box is never checked for you. If you opt in, we keep your email address, your name if given, your industry, your result band, and a record of when and how you agreed, until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails, or by writing to info@aligniq.solutions.

We send Alignment Check emails and manage the follow-up list through Resend, an email service that stores data in the United States. Resend keeps logs of sent emails for a limited time. Its privacy policy is at https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. If we later move to a customer relationship management (CRM) service, we'll update this policy to name it.

Booking a call

We schedule calls through Cal.com. When you book, the details you enter, such as your name, email, preferred time, and the service you're interested in, are collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the call. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy: https://cal.com/privacy. Booking details are also added to our business calendar on Microsoft 365. If you book from your Alignment Check results, a short summary of your results is added to the booking notes, and you can edit it before you book.

Emailing us

If you write to info@aligniq.solutions, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to follow up on your request.

2. Information collected automatically

Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used overall, such as which pages are visited. It doesn't use cookies. To count visits without identifying you, it uses a code generated from your browser's request that resets every day, so visits can't be linked across days or to other websites. It records the page, the referring site, approximate location (country, region, and city), and your device, operating system, and browser type. We also record anonymous events, such as finishing the Alignment Check, with your result band and industry, never your name, email, or answers. We look at this data only in aggregate. Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. See https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We don't use any other analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• send the results and emails you asked for
• schedule and hold calls you book
• reply to your messages
• understand and improve the site
• meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed with the service providers named in this policy (Cal.com, Vercel, Resend, and Microsoft 365, which we use for our regular email and calendar) to run the services described here. We may also share information when the law requires it. Within AlignIQ, access is limited to members of our leadership team.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as responding to you, holding a call, or sending emails you asked for, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner by emailing info@aligniq.solutions.

6. Your choices

• You can take the Alignment Check without giving us an email address.
• You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time.
• You can email info@aligniq.solutions to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.

7. Children

This site is meant for business and organization leaders. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
